HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mold Testing NJ-NY! I found this company while searching nearby places (we live in Waldwick, NJ) online and called. When I called Henry answered promptly and was literally available next day however, we had him come 3 days later. He was very profession, prompt, informative and pleasant! I didnt look further for another company so I cannot compare prices, but I feel his prices were extremely reasonable! We had our results 4 days later and he explained everything and even recommended some remediation companies. He was great at walking me through the paperwork. We like him, he is real, friendly and Fully prepared for the visit. He letting us know the details and options on what is needed to be inspected. Get the needed information with saving money in mind. I strongly suspected a mold issue at my apartment in Cresskill NJ, and in a panic left my apartment for a hotel. As soon as I got to the hotel I called several Mold Inspectors in the County. Henry called me back the same day (Saturday) while the others waited until Monday to call back. Henry is a complete Mold Inspection professional. He'll look and see mold in places you didn't look. As seasoned and professional as Henry is, he's also really easy to talk to. I asked him how he got into this field and he told me he is a former House Inspector who decided to specialize in Mold Inspection. He went to Louisiana, the mold capital of the US, and got additional training and education. He's also very discrete. He understands we don't want to be obvious about the inspection, alarming superintendents or apartment neighbors. His car is discrete (no signage) and he offered to take the air sample outside my apartment without me standing there with him. That way if a neighbor saw him, he would handle it without saying who had hired him. He didn't waste a second getting me the lab results back, and he took the time to talk on the phone about the results and next steps. My instincts were correct.
