Eek!  Methinks not, indeed... absolutely awful service.  I scheduled a car to take me to the hospital for surgery.  I requested a 5AM pick up to bring me NYU medical on the east side of Manhattan.  At 5AM, they were a no-show.  I called to see if they were coming and I WOKE THE DRIVER UP!  She said she would be there in 15 to 20 minutes which is unacceptable... especially since this is for an important medical procedure.  DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE., they are totally unreliable.  If I could give less than 1 star, I would.I ordered an Uber which arrived in 7 minutes.  Going forward, I will use Uber for all my car service needs.

Would have given 0 stars if that were possible. Horrible service and wildly overpriced. 40 bucks for a ten minute ride with no tolls. Please dont use this service so it closes.

Terrible ! Charged 40 bucks for a ten minute ride ! No wonder there's no meter in the car so they can charge whatever they want !

I used to use Uber on my weekly commutes to the airport, but after finding the service unreliable for early Monday mornings I decided to go back to a normal car service. I travel weekly for work and hate waiting at the airport so I am always cutting it short when it comes to time, hence Uber in the mornings just was not working as drivers would cancel or take there time to show up.My company reimburses my rides so cost is not an issue for me as I have been using different car services for a long time. The thing that differentiates this from the others are the drivers. I believe this company was recently bought and has a new owner. So getting back to the drivers in my 3 months (13 trips) using this service I have used a majority of there drivers from North Jersey. They greet me by name, put my bags away, and in general provide me with exemplary service. I feel like I am riding with a friend or family member, which sets them apart from black car companies. Now I read reviews below mentioning pricing. During my trips I have received Suburbans, Escalades, Lexus, Chrysler, and Lincoln vehicles. For the service level and vehicle class I know that I will not be paying Uber X or Taxi fares. All in all I highly recommend them.
