Thank you for another great job. KB Ogden first put a roof on our house about 30 years ago. A few years later we grew tired of staining our cedar siding and had Kirk replace it. This week it was time to replace the roof again. The guys worked harder than most any crew I have ever seen. They arrived at 7:30am each day and staged all of their tools and equipment. They created a "tent" from the roof edge out to my lawn in order to protect all of our landscaping. At the end of the day they cleaned everything and swept the area for construction debris. 

Kirk did a great job on our replacement roof. We got a timely estimate, he left sample shingles with us to choose the color. He showed up when he said he would, and the job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend him.

If there were negative stars to give it this guy I would! He installed our roof about 6 years ago. Since then we have had 3 leaks in the roof. The first leak was caused by one of the workers not sealing the bathroom vent fan correctly and stapling a shingle directly to the vent. When I call about this issue he came over and said “it must be a tree branch that came through.” My husband had to fix it. Now I not only still have that leak, I have a leak in my daughters room! When I called him to please come over and look at the leak he did. However he wouldn’t go into the roof or into my attic to look at the leak. He sent a worker over the next day while we were at work. His work said he took pictures of the roof and said that my husband caused the damage by cleaning the roof! When I call Kirk back and left several messages to see the pictures and to have Kirk please call my husband directly to explain the damage to him he wouldn’t return any of my calls. He then called about a week or so later to tell me that he will come to the house again but would charge me to come inside the house and look in the attic. What?!? You are going to charge me to look at something that you should have in the first place! We have since hired a new roofing company to fix his mistakes. And today Kirk himself drove past my house, pulled into my driveway, yelled at my husband who was paint our home “did you fix your roof troubles?” My husband then yelled back “yeah using a more reliable company!” Kirk then laughed and pulled away. This action is close to harassment! He came to MY house, uninvited and started harassing my husband. I’m sorry this guy is awful! Never use him!
