I've been coming here for years. Haven't changed doctors because, here, they know what's going on with me and I didn't feel like explaining to a new doctor. It seems like they're trying to update the place and it's going well except the 1 time I went. Looks like the front desk is getting newer and younger people who don't know how to talk to folks. They're calling you by first and last name now. Strange...... they weren't doing that before. I know there's a lot of same name folks that go in there, but they still don't need to announce last names. Then, to go in the back, the young lady called at least 6 of us at once. That has never happened before. Then we're all standing there wondering and she just says, "have a seat" and prepares for the first weigh in. Not professional at all. It's not the patients fault that their behind. Hopefully that won't happen during my next visit.
