I would give this less than 1 star if I could. I have never had such bad customer service experience in my life. The front desk receptionist yelled at me when I asked if she knew where I could get a doctor to write me a script.. She then proceeded to play on her cell phone and ignore me while another woman stepped up to help. Very unprofessional. I ordered a test online and when I ordered it and paid for it, there was no mention of needing a script and its a simple test so I didn't know a doctor was needed. The other woman, with much better customer service and short blonde hair, suggested I try to get an urgent care doctor to write it so they could do the work. At this point, I will absolutely not allow them to do the work, but she deserved credit where it was due. Giving my business to seretis upstairs instead. Way better customer service, way more friendly, and actually acts professionally. Note - don't hire people who don't want to help people to be in customer service, much less the medical field.
