First, thank you for considering Pinnacle. We were very happy to cater the food for your baby shower and glad you had a safe albeit early delivery. We would have loved to accommodate your new date. Unfortunately, you chose the week of Thanksgiving, which we are not available. When we were originally informed of your new date, we conveyed this to your representative, sorry that that information was not relayed to you. Because of the short time frame, all of your food had been purchased, and most items were prepped. As we are a catering service and not a restaurant, we are unable to pass the food off to our customers. We offered to give you a full credit for another time that we were both available. Unfortunately, you did not want that and opted for a refund. We do need to cover our cost and offered you a partial refund instead of our normal policy, which is only a credit. Sorry we could not do more.
