John is absolutely amazing! John explained the entire buying process, set expectations and set a plan for how to increase my chances of winning the bid in these competitive markets. John was excellent at responding quickly when I had questions throughout the process, John will provide the best options for me to make the decision. Even after our closing and move-in to the new home/neighborhood, he checked in with me to make sure I was happy.
