I give them two stars for the people in Registration and Transportation only. The rest of this place is nothing but a facade with glitz and glamour.
I recently had a procedure done in the CARDIAC CATHETER UNIT. It was awful. The Dr I had blatantly lied to me, about not knowing what was going on during the procedure. Massive lie, there wasnt even an anesthesiologist in the room! I kept asking for something during the procedure just to take my anxiety down? NOTHING. I understand theres risks, but dont lie to the patient. Also, if the patient cant see the medication going in the IV? That means it didnt exist.
Second, the staff in the room with the exception of a RN named Pat very tall African American young lady - she was great. The rest of the staff? Very rough, not professional in my standards - and Im still sore from poor and rough positioning. Tall white make RN with curly hair, very rough and was not gentle at all.
Dont go here, go elsewhere. If your cardiologist doesnt agree? Leave them too.

I had a horrible experience with delivering my 2nd baby. Seemed like the crew that night didnt want us to be there at first, and when I was on my labor a little room had 4ppl, but nobody was actually communicated by helping or guiding whats best to do. +The doctor that was on calls - dr.Sullivan - came only after I delivered the baby.
I think, ppl need to get more knowledge or take classes about contractions, or how to help a women in labor, or at least learn how to communicate with your patients and be helpful, so, the experience isnt ruined .
P.S. it was my second child, and if my very first time was like this, I would never come back!!
2 stars for each person who actually did their best to deliver a healthy baby: Rebecca and dr.Lang - thank you for supporting and doing your best !
