        Front desk clerk took my credit card when I 1st checked in and then insisted I never gave it to him I had to basically argue with him till he found my credit card on the floor. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 More

        Very disappointed. Ive never been to a hotel where the cold water faucet didnt work. Burned my hands every time I washed them. Stains ALL over the rug and carpet. Cigarette burns on the desk. The front desk staff was kind, the only reason they dont deserve a one star. But do not recommend staying there. For the price you can stay at a nice clean Marriott

        The pictures look beautiful but the hotel disappoints. There is a thermostat on the wall, but to turn the AC on you have to go to the old unit under the window. The AC is loud and has a whistling sound. The shower drains slowly, so be prepared to be standing in ankle deep water as you shower. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for renovations.
