I have to heap praise on Eric Jacobowitz and his Castle Computers company. Before I went up north for 2 weeks, Eric set up my new PC. He transferred everything over from my old PC to the new one, made sure it was all working properly, helped me see some of the key differences I would need to adjust to (with the new PC) and even set it up so I could remotely access all the files on my PC from my laptop.
That was incredible as I was able to do work for my Katnip Marketing clients while I was away- without missing a beat- and Eric even guided me to get me back on the remote access after I made a mistake logging in. Eric has my highest recommendation!

Eric provides incredible surveillance of client computers, keeping them free of malicious activity. He has a process that monitors client computers so he can act proactively. Best of all, Eric responds quickly, efficiently, professionally. He just gets the job done and the work is done to perfection. It is a joy to work with Eric. You will sleep better at night knowing someone other than you is worrying about your computer’s safety and function. Eric works with an incredible generous and caring spirit that is unusual.
