        I came to Dr. Hetzler after a failed reconstruction following a bilateral mastectomy. I have never felt more compassion from a doctor/surgeon in my life and I have had a dozen surgeries in the course of my life. Dr. Hetzler spends one on one time with you and is completely present and never in a rush. For the first time in what was a 3 month horrifying ordeal, I felt that there was a doctor that actually saw me and was going to ensure my patient experience would be the best. I cannot recommend Dr. Hetzler more highly.

        Dr. Hetzler is an brilliant surgeon.  He went above and beyond to help me deal with my difficult medical insurance, and my results are life changing. His entire staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. From minor procedures to major surgery Dr. Hetzler will be meticulous and the outcome incredible.

        Dr. Hetzler performed my breast reconstruction in January 2018. I have never met a doctor who is so caring and dedicated to his patients. Every time I sat with him he took the time to explain every question I asked in great detail. It was clear that he was genuinely concerned about the best outcome and making sure I felt comfortable. The procedure went better than I ever expected it to. My recovery was GREAT. I had no bruising after a double mastectomy and reconstruction! He is an amazing surgeon but he also treats the whole patient. Best doctor ever.

Dr. Hetzler is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and has over twenty years of experience practicing aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has made it his mission to provide each patient the most personal attention possible throughout the plastic surgery process. Dr. Hetzler is widely known for his expertise in surgery of the breast, especially breast reconstruction following surgery for breast cancer. He is a principal investigator in an ongoing clinical study for the shaped, silicone-filled breast implants for use in reconstruction and revision. " Performing breast reconstruction has been my passion since I began my training in 1981. I feel truly honored that these inspiring women have chosen me to be part of their reconstructive process. Breast cancer has also touched me personally. Three close family members have been diagnosed with this disease."
