ORIGINAL (11/3/2021, two stars ** ): This is NOT a locksmith service. I went there to get my new car key cut. When I put in the old key, the kiosk lied to me that the key needed special programming. It is not clear that they will send a key rather than cut the key you have before ordering. Trying to cancel my order, but they did not create a user for me although they said they would.
