We built a beautiful home on a lagoon in Little Egg Harbor. What started as a dream became a reality thanks to Jersey Shore Modular. The entire process was wonderful. They were with us from the early planning stages until the house was complete. We felt like we were family! Now we are enjoying our home thanks to Jersey Shore Modular!

Our experience with Jersey Shore Modular was outstanding. We knew nothing about modular homes and were living in CT at the time, and Mike walked us through the process with ease. He and his team were quick to respond to our calls and emails and were very transparent about everything. We built a 2300 square foot, 2 story home 2 blocks from the Delaware Bay in North Cape May, NJ It's truly our dream come true. I would highly recommend Jersey Shore Modular.

After interviewing several builders we chose Jersey Shore Modular to build our waterfront home. Our selection was based on Mikes vast experience in the industry and professionalism. Throughout the process Mike and his team were very quick to respond to all our inquires and kept us up to date regarding status of the project. We were very comfortable working with Mike because he was very honest and forthcoming, we would definitely recommend Jersey Shore Modular to any perspective home owners.

Jersey Shore Modular homes just completed our 2200 sq. foot house in Barnegat, NJ. The house is situated between the bay and wetlands and required numerous DEP approvals. Mike Dayer was instrumental is guiding us through the entire process, working with engineers and responding to various requests from the state. Mike patiently answered all of our questions in a timely manner throughout the selection process and gave us multiple options to consider. He provided detailed communication regarding costs and kept surprises to a minimum (which was a real challenge due to COVID shortages and lumber price fluctuations.) Once the house was set, we worked with Tom Sullivan as the Project Manager. Tom worked diligently to ensure that we would be able to obtain our COO for the house ASAP. He met with us numerous times to ensure that we were aware of (and were pleased with) what was happening on the project and provided weekly updates regarding the schedule. This was our first experience with having a home built -- let alone a modular home. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Jersey Shore Modular Homes to anyone looking for a builder.

My experience with Mike Dayer has been incredible! My 1200 sq foot soon to be retirement home in North Cape May was destroyed by a house fire. I have no experience in home construction and thought that going with a modular home would be an easier path for a building novice to take. My initial meeting with Mike was exciting and reassuring. I reviewed my wants for my new home with the most important being able to live completely on one level but also having additional bedrooms for my family to visit. Mike would send me home floor plan suggestions with modifications to address my new retirement home needs. So I went from a small ranch home to a 2300 sq ft Cape Cod that allows me one level living but also a sizable second floor for when I have family/friends visit. Mike is very knowledgeable and would offer ideas when I needed guidance. Mike was very responsive to my calls with how does this work or did I mention that I need a place for my pets? Mike is terrific to work with and offers significant modular home experience with great customer skills. I highly recommend using Mike for your next home!
