Fantastic service. Very responsive. Came out to service both marine A/C units on my boat. Give me honest answers and good recommendations on the replacement of my forward unit. I Would highly recommend using them on all your HVAC needs. You can’t beat the service. Prices were affordable. And that’s tough to find these days. You won’t be disappointed.

I had used this company before when I had some AC issues. I choose to reach again when I then had heating issues. I woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat. My husband called in the morning and we were told someone would call us back shortly about coming out. Sunday comes along and still no call back so we tried again and again got that same response. 3 days went by with no call back and to this day they never called me. I cannot believe they say they do emergency service but actually they don’t.

The Mid Atlantic team is a real asset. They were able to identify issues and get our system back up and running when others just told us to replace the whole unit. We have used them for both our residental and our businesses and commercial needs. From communication to quality of install, they knocked it out of the park.
