image Hi im recieving my government benefits at wells fargo...when i get my lump sum I am going to open an account with chase morgan. Everytime i go into wells fargo, the employees look like their stealing money.i want my money safe and secure. I hope my future hope to find a trustworthy bank. They are very sneaky and i seen how they steal from wells fargo customers..

image I wish my circumstances did not bring me to this location and have to deal with the unkind, and possibly racist woman standing in your lobby and whoever the manager on duty was.
From the second I walked in, the woman was short with me and extremely rude. I am a contractor and was applying Sheetrock and spackle today so I was definitely not dressed to impress but the gentleman after me who was dressed in a suit was welcomed much differently I might add.
Immediately, she looked for any reason to say no to me. I asked her if I could cash a check and she said maybe I dont know. Once that happened I already knew where this was going. Being a Puerto Rican American Ive dealt with experiences like these in the past. I am not one to shout racism by any means, but the way she spoke to every other client that walked in there while I was present gave me no other explanation. She didnt even look at anything right away, just stood in the lobby with her arms crossed. So once she finally came to look at my check I attempted to explain why the small corner piece was missing from my passport. She saw that part of the number in the top corner was missing and said absolutely not, nope and when I mentioned how I had no problem using it a few days prior at the other location, she just shut me down not even listening to me and said you have to talk to my manager but shes busy now. She walked into the managers office and the manager said no as well. I only know that because I saw the manager shaking her head no through the glass. (She didnt even look at the passport) At that point, I was just going to leave and go to the customer friendly staff at the other location. Once in the car, I spoke with my wife who not only was a former Chase employee but currently a manager at the large banking institution five minutes down the street from this location who told me the same number that was slightly cutoff is at the bottom of the passport and that I had my previous unexpired chase credit card with me as secondary ID. She also knew the options to identify me thru text messaging and other options available. She walked back into the bank with me calmly and asked about these things and also informed them about the id numbers also showing at the bottom in case they werent aware. At this point, the manager ended up sending me a code and cashing it I guess because they felt silly at that point but the original teller in the lobby was so angry that I was getting that check cashed. She needed a manager from another financial establishment to come in and show her different options on how to do her job.
I never fill out surveys or complain, but Experience was awful and they made me feel as I was if I was beneath them
