I had a very bad experience with Eric Weeks, and am NOT a fan of EZ Memories. We paid a $1,500 deposit, had our engagement session, and then unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding. Gave over 6 months notice, which was plenty of time to fill that wedding date (which I heard they did). I signed a contract, so I get that they didn't refund the deposit. But it costs them NOTHING to give us the pictures, which he refused. An engagement session typically runs $200-$350, and you get all of the images immediately. So he got $1,500 for 3 hours of work, and no delivery. His reasoning: "I was expecting to get more money out of you". That's messed up.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Over priced - bad at communication and responding - and a complete rip off. I wanted something different - received the same as every other family , might as well use a strangers photo and put our faces in there . Every picture I received has something wrong with it. Touch ups missed etc. a million dollar collage frame i ordered has an incorrect photo in there and was built upside down so I had to take it to get it fixed after waiting 2 1/2 months to receive it in the first place . I should have just had a friend take photos. Certainly would have saved me for over priced crappy pictures and frames and poses that I do not love ! Don't waste your time or money. I certainly wish I had used the other portrait company on our vacation in OCNJ
