The electricians and the office/dispatch coordinator we're all superbly professional, courteous, and accommodating. I tried 3 competitor's before calling Pops, but none of the others could give me an appointment until 4 to 6 weeks out. Pops scheduled me for less than week away. After the initial call to set the appointment, text messaging was available (which I strongly prefer rather than having to call for follow-up communications). The entire experience was extremely convenient and the price was very fair. Highly recommended!

This is a very professional company and the owner, Bob, goes out of his way to give great service. We had his team install a whole-house Generac generator and upgrade our service to 200 amps. Everything was done efficiently and beautifully. The electrical inspector actually commented that Kevin and Chris "did a beautiful job". When do you ever hear an inspector say something like that? Since then, we have seen Bob several times for routine generator maintenance, and we are always glad to see him. He is a real pro and very thorough. He even cleans the lock on the generator! I hope Bob and Pops Electric stay in business for a long time. Service: Panel replacement or upgrade

We needed to replace the lighting fixtures in our master bathroom and powder room. From the first phone call to schedule service to the completion of job, Pops Electric deserves 5 Stars. Not only were we offered an appointment within the week, but also were given a fair price which was not inflated or changed when the job was completed. ( this has happened with other companies) On the morning of service, our smoke detector alarm began to “ chirp” signaling the need for a new battery. I called to ask if this could be added to my service as I am unable to climb ladders needed for our high ceiling. Charmaine was very gracious, and without hesitation, said “ yes, of course”. Chris was on time, wearing a mask and shoe covers, and did an excellent job. We are so pleased and will definitely use Pops Electric for our future needs.
