Darrel and his team are our go-to guys. We have a huge stinky dog and she wrecks our carpeted room. We used to call Stanley steamer and they would come out and clean the carpet but it always smelled like pee afterwards somehow. Also it was crazy expensive which wasn’t sustainable for us to keep using them. Then we found Darrel and OMG huge difference. He cleans our carpet SO well, it never ever smells like anything - no pee smell, no flowery perfumes - just clean and neutral! His price is unbeatable, so I have more money to give his crew a nice tip. Also he’s so responsive leading up to the day, answers my calls and texts, sends a reminder the day before. And when he gets here he gets right to work - they don’t rush in and out. They literally power clean every square inch of the carpet until there is nothing left to improve.
