HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The guy is a crook and a lair! We took our 3 year old go cart there to have an oil change and replace a belt. He called to give us an estimate of the cost that he figured saying nothing is wrong with cart and I returned the call the next day because they were closed when I got message. He then tells me the engine is spent and about to blow up and I owe him $50 for the 1 1/2 he spent working on it but the oil never got changed or belt never got replaced. He proceeded to tell me that the first time he turned it on he heard the engine problem and turned off immediately. So when I questioned that he worked on it for 1 1/2 hours and non of the work I asked was done I asked what did he do and he kept dancing around the answer. He said the reason was the the machine at one point was low on oil or ran empty. If my son ran it 5 hours a year it was allow and before every time we would check the oil and top it off. We even had mini trail bikes do the oil change last year. The oil was topped off right before it was taken in and he tried to tell me the oil was low now. Another LIE! So when I went to pick up tells me I at least owe for $11 of oil he put in but he never did the oil change. He said so many lies he couldn't dance his way out.When mechanic started to explain he kept interrupting him to not speak because he was trying to cover something up. He was very shady about the whole thing and every time he spoke it was something different. NEVER NEVER give this crook business!!!!!!!

Financed a mini dirt in December just receive bill statement which was over charge $92 Spoke to a Mark, which end up arguing back and forth with me stating he could not pull up the invoices from the day of purchase not willing to look more in depth to see why i was charge extra Just HORRIBLE customers service MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL RECEIPTS FROM CASH TO CREDIT CARD .. Never will i ever look into other purchase or recomend to anyone this place pf so called family buisness

Dropped off a nightmare of an SSR pit bike that someone with zero mechanical knowledge decided to modify. Ken spend a couple hours on it and after diagnosing and fixing numerous problems, had it running better than new. After reading numerous negative reviews, I question their validity because my experience was nothing but positive and Ken knows these machines inside and out like he was born on one. I’m very pleased with my repairs and despite the 1.5 hour drive, I’ll be taking my atv’s there for service as well.
