Visited this location this morning and was very impressed with Helen's customer service! She was welcoming,friendly, and immediately started our testing process as soon as the doors opened. Latoya was also there and was very pleasant as well. Overall great experience. Thanks ladies.

Don't know how they do in other locations, but they came to Texas to help and made blunder after blunder. Ads promised 24-48 hr results; NOT. At the end of the 4th day with no hearing. For me, it was mostly moot, as my spouse tested positive and I've had all the symptoms. But if you need to know in a hurry, choose another lab!

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Incorrect information and links provided to access COVID results DO NOT WORK! The phone number and website have no information whether or not they are open on a Sunday. This is the company that we trust in a PANDEMIC?! Never again!

WoW! I should have came here and checked out the reviews before working with this company. They want people who don't care, they want people they don't have to pay, they want people that don't know what they're doing, they don't want good knowledgeable phlebotomists. Anytime you get an email from the head of phlebotomy asking the phlebs to spin the blood down before sending it out... you have to ask what kind of people do you hire here. That's the first thing you learn smh. So very disappointed. Not to mention don't ever get hurt. They will boot you out! It's all about the Benjamins with them. Quest and Bio Reference is the lab to choose. They been in business for years and they take care of their employees. They put your health first! So happy I was able to land a position there.
