This place doesn't even feel like a florist, only thing they had was roses that were dying and hydrangeas. The attendant made a bouquet that looked like a 5 year old put flowers together and tied them with a string. Really confused about the 4.8 star rating.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Mimi, the owner of Charlies's Flowers and Gourmet Baskets, LLC! My Hydrangea, that was purchased there, was dying. I ran to her shop to ask for her expert advice on how to save it. She was EXTREMELY BUSY but she took the time to tell me exactly what I needed to do to save my plant!
