        Very unsettling provider. I intended on ordering approximately 15 yards of work, but Uday (the representative I interacted with) was not interested in answering very basic questions regarding the quality of input files needed for larger prints, or any other basic questions. "Too small of a job" for him. In my opinion, extremely rude and aggressive on our call and frankly, not of the level that I would ever expect from a professional printer or any other responsible businessman. I've been doing photography and print work for over 25 years and have never seen such an approach. I miss my old printers from NYC. Good luck to anyone that elects to approach this firm. In my view, you will need it.

        Amazing customer service!! My custom printed fabric came out perfect. All of my questions and concerns were answered quickly, and the shipping was super fast. I highly recommend Papilio Prints if you need a custom print on fabric, they have many fabrics to choose from. Thank you again Uday

        I have been extremely impressed with Papilio Prints. They are friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. I had 4 yards of charmeuse silk printed and the resolution and color accuracy was perfect. I'm so pleased to have a digital fabric printing option on the east coast. I will absolutely be ordering from Papilio again.

      We are sorry we couldn't meet your demand of several questions by emails for last 2 weeks. Customer provides print ready art file and our website has all the information. We couldn't answer your consistent question of how print will look on fabric because we don't have an answer till we print on fabric. Again, sorry for the miscommunication.
