        Joe the condo manager is less than useless. No matter what the issue is he ignores you. There is nothing we can do to change that because he has been in charge since the complex was built and since there is zero property management structure there is very little that can be done. He won't respond to anything ranging from nice letters, calls and texts all the way through to the opposite end of the spectrum involving lawyer letters. The condos themselves are nice but be on alert for ant infestations in your home and car with zero help from a useless maintenance person who doesn't employ pest control like normal people do.
