        We joined this gym shortly after the original owner took over. The management was great and always helpful. It was then sold and the new management is awful. When the gyms reopened during Covid I wasn't comfortable returning and filled out a cancellation form which I was told I had to do in person. Later that month my husband froze his and my duaghter's memberships. He then was told to cancel them he had to bring my daughter in to fill out her own form which she did. I then noticed we were still being billed for one of the memberships. I was told that my husband only canceled theirs and that mine was restarted in April. They changed their policy repeatedly regarding the freezing and cancellation process and now are requiring that I go back to cancel again. Also, I know employees who left due to the new owner and management.
