Just had our third area rug installed by this great company and could not be happier. They sell quality rugs at reasonable prices. They expertly guided us towards making the best selections and then the rugs were custom cut and bound for some uniquely shaped spots in our home. We could not be happier or recommend them more highly.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish for replacing our bedroom carpet. I was having a hard time getting a return call from another shop (and after a ghosted appt), so I looked elsewhere. Reviews looked good, so I walked in to SK's Lebanon location. Picking out the carpet was easy and I received helpful advice and plenty of options. (Even options to lower the total price due to roll/cut size for my room configuration.) Locked down what I wanted, paid half upfront and was contacted about a week ahead for potential installation day/time. Carlos (and Nelson) were fantastic on installation day - they removed our old carpet, offered to help with flooring squeaks, installed the new pad /carpet and left behind a beautiful job. All while being incredibly respectful and fastidious. And patient - our 2 littles had LOTS of questions and our 6 month old puppy kept trying to "help." We have 2 more rooms that will need carpeting and I look forward to returning to SK. Oh - and we love what we chose - plush and soft, and after a couple rounds of baking soda/vacuuming (to dampen the "new carpet" scent) it's perfect to roll around on while reading bedtime books :)
