        I started going to CFPH a little over a year ago and have enjoyed every hour since. The owners, Nicki and Jake have created an amazing an amazing environment for people of all skill levels to flourish. All of the coaches are fantastic and really pay attention to help correct my positioning and technique through the workouts. Joining CFPH was one of the best decisions I’ve made in years. If you’re reading this and questioning whether CrossFit is too intense or intimidating for you, like did a year ago, then come checkout CFPH...you won’t regret it!
