We checked with 3 other authorized generac installers and Kope had the best price (after negotiating) and also they had the soonest time for installation (within 60 days because they had them in stock unlike other installers & just waited for permit approval from the town). So happy with our new Generac generator! We had several companies out for estimates, but none that we really felt were right until Kope Electric. From the initial consultation/estimate with Jeremy, the communication from Sara throughout the process and the work of the guys during installation (especially Kyle).top notch all around! We have a Generac generator (affectionately called "Gennie") which was orignally installed by Kope and have been serviced by them for the last 9 years +. They are always efficient, helpful and quick to respond and arrive when called. Today (7/7) was no exception. We called first thing in the morning and they sent someone over right away. Kyle the technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem to get Gennie working again quickly.
