Went in for a complete foot.  I didn't get that.  I got 5 minutes and out the door.  I asked her about my dry feet, she gave me a prescription that cost twice what an over the counter remedy cost.   Apparently she doesn't like her job very much.

Dr Barrese is pleasant and honest. She answers questions, and does not recommend any Unnecessary treatment. Shes real, good at what she does, my feet have never looked better!!!!

Husband & I went to see her when she was at a practice in West Windsor. Not impressed with her at all. Had to wait over 30 minutes because she was busy having a good time with a dog whose owner stopped by to say hello. The dog was not a service dog and therefore should not have been there. When she finally saw each of us, her demeanor was not welcoming & she was clearly still thinking about the dog because she would leave the room & continue to talk about he dog with her staff. Afterward I found out that a colleague of mine had seen her before. Her opinion was also unfavorable so we know it wasnt just bad luck. She didnt resolve anything for either of the 3 of us & we never returned.

Dr Barrese is unpleasant, rude and condescending, The first time I was in her office I heard her being nasty to another patient. During that visit she tried selling me stock footbeds that did not fit my foot. She got upset I did not purchase the expensive devices from her. I do not know if she held a grudge or if it is just her naturally unpleasant demeanor but she was even worse when I went back to get fitted for custom footbeds. When I went back to pick up the footbeds she was even worse. Not even a good morning. She just snapped orders and nasty comments about the shoes I brought with me. I confronted her after the appointment and she claimed it was my fault she was nasty. I should have followed my instincts and left before the first appointment. No patient should tolerate a condescending additude from a rude doctor.
