        Pretty sure all these 5 star reviews are fake. Under their new ownership this is the worst doctors office I have ever experienced. I just spent 25 minutes trying to make a sick appointment for my daughter. I called the phone line (which forces you to a call center in Florida, there is no way to even contact the office directly) and was disconnected by them 3 times, spelled out last name 6 times for them to tell me she was not in their system. My husband then called and got an appt after 15 min. There is no way for you to contact your pediatrician after hours or even speak to anyone you might encounter at an office. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE.

        I got fooled by the 5 star reviews and chose them for my princess. Since the 1st visit all Ive had were bad to worst experiences. Every visit ends up being an hour wait after the appointment time. Today I had an appointment at 8:30, I got a call at 8:15 while I already woke my daughter from her nap and was on the road in the cold that they decided to open the office late and had to reschedule my appointment. Im the meantime I kept getting checkin email AND the call came from a No Caller ID. This is absolutely unacceptable for any office especially one that cares for babies. I will be changing practices ASAP. The doctor is great, its the maintenance group and the irresponsible office staff that suck

        I've been taking my son here since he was born (he's now 2 years old) and I've always had great service. From the doctors to the front desk staff. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for appointments. Thanks for all that you do!!
