Perna's Flower Shop

Perna's is a lovely local floral and flower delivery shop in Princeton, NJ. I wasn't able to be with a loved one for their birthday, but was able to order an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers for them, and it arrived right on time although I put in the order towards the end of the day the day before. I spoke with a staff member on the phone who followed up with me to make sure that all of the information I had entered in the online order platform was correct, which I greatly appreciated! The bouquet was wrapped in protective material (important for this cold) and looked exactly as it was advertised. The recipient was very happy! Thank you, Perna's!

1.) Processing, delivery, and notification of delivery were fine. The flowers were delivered exactly IAW my instructions. 2.) I question why a fee should be required for delivery in the relatively small township where you are located (Princeton). 3.) I live in Germany and ordered the flowers from there. The software that you use on your order site required that I enter my telephone number, or it would not accept the order. OK, no objections, but many overseas phone numbers, incl. mine, use a format that differs from that used in the US, and your site would not accept my order! A work-around was required, but determining it meant that I had to call you from Germany, which is not cost-free. Such a step should not be necessary; in many cases such difficulty would deter a potential customer from even attempting to place the order. Recommend that you have your webmaster modify - or even delete - that entry on your order form so that it will accept other than US telephone numbers. The work-around - using the recipient's telephone number as if it were "my own" - meant that you could not contact me by phone, regardless. You had my e-mail address, should contact have proven necessary.
