        I have been going to him for a while. Usually they will call if any problems weeks ahead of appointments. Well since he merged, mind you I booked this appointment months in advance. I received a call day of appointment, a hour or so before. Leaving a message they don't take my secondary insurance. I will be responsible. Wow. The courtesy and RESPECT they give. I guess it's a answer to my doubts of going here in the first place.

        Dr. Mallen is an excellent service provider. He was my eye doctor from childhood until 2018 when I lived back in Pennsylvania (before moving to FL). I highly recommend his professionalism and know-how.

        Amazing and caring doctor. He literally saved my vision and when I was misdiagnosed with a pink eye. It turned out it was a corneal ulcer. The pain was excruciating. The doctor was literally making phone calls, supervising if I take the prescribe medicines. One of the best doctors ever.
