First off, every time I called to make an appointment, I always got their Voicemail. It would take more than one day for them to get back to me, sometimes it took a week (ALL for one appointment). I realized when they called me, I would have to answer if I wanted to speak with someone regardless of where I was-- most times at work. I finally scheduled an appointment and the day of the appointment, I was told I needed to reschedule to next week because the doctor wouldn't be in. The day of my re-scheduled appointment, I got a call 3 hours before my appointment saying the doctor was not going to be in AGAIN for the time I had scheduled. At this point, I said to cancel everything.How can a DOCTOR's office be so incompetent?
