However, iTrip knew 1 week earlier but delayed informing us until the day before our check-in.
After our booking we attempted to contact itrip vacations though email and by phone. The only communication we received from them was confirmation of our booking and processing of down payment and reminders of final payment requests.
Given their lack of professionalism, I would neve trust iTrip vacations with a family trip again.
