My dogs been coming here for many years now even after weve got him from previous owner about three years ago he has been here since he was young, although last appointment Ive never seen the most dissprectful and ignorant doctor at a vet clinic like this before. My dog has a lot of anxiety issues and doesnt like being touched and gets over stimulated at the vet which he needs medication before hand (which we gave him) it is known on his file and since hes been there before that he becomes snappy at the drs because he gets overwhelmed and theyve handled it before so I dont understand why this particular dr was so ignorant towards not just my dog but also us as well. When we arrived there was an assistant who put a rope leash on my dog and weve mentioned multiple times that he doesnt act very well at the vet and may need us to be around him too and is snappy yet she continued to pull choke him to weigh him. She goes to weigh him and I go with him trying to help get him on the weigh because hes not very cooperative at the vet. The assistant mightve touched him a way and he snapped at her which is not her fault but also it was stated that our dog is reactive and scared very easily where he feels threatened. And we also offered that we attempt to put him on there incase that would happen. As soon as that happens we go into the room with him and it seems as if its this huge deal as if we didnt warn them before and also knowing were a recurrent client with this place. Another dr comes in who we were told was a esthetician and first she says in a rude way saying get ur dog! get ur dog! even tho he doesnt react unless he is being choked or touched and he was literally just standing there curious on whos coming in so that was uncalled for and i told her he doesnt bite just because u walked in and she gets cocky saying yes he does clearly and basically tells u we never gave him the medicine to calm down in which we did so it seems she was trying to find someone to blame for a reactive dog as a vet clinic and a veterinarian or anyone who has experience in animal care should be experienced with pets who are very anxious and struggle with cooperating at the vet but nope instead she made it a huge problem was totally disrespectful and took it out on us and made it seem like our dog was an issue and unsafe instead of helping in any way, maybe if you dont just throw a rope and choke a dog and pull him on your own, he wont react that way not even that you gave us a muzzle for our dog that was a size for a chihuahua (our dog is a medium size dog). It just showed by the other clients coming in that the two ppl weve encountered with clearly only had experience with small animals. Complete ignorance from that esthetician literally a rotten lady with no respect she wanted a problem as soon as she walked in the room. I didnt even feel safe leaving our dog there and having her bring him back to the drs room after that whole thing. Never had I have dealt with that at a vet clinic before that behavior was unwelcoming and disgusting. There needs to be more people qualified for all types of animals and behaviors not just small little puppies and kittensthat sit still and let u do whatever (it seemed like that was what was expected there knowing everytime we come here our dog has to be under anesthesia just to get his nails clipped)

We always get quality care from all the vets and techs! Our cat has allergies and we have to come in regularly so she doesn't scratch her ears off. They always handle her with so much love and care.

Only gave a star so I could write my review. Actually, I have nothing to review. I arrived with 2 very nervous cats, was taken into a room, asked a few questions which I had already answered when I made the appt. She left and we sat in that room for 45 minutes without so much as a fu, hello, sorry for the wait... nothing. I packed my kitties back in the carrier and left. That's not how you treat your customers.
