Swindlers gave me a I pad and wifi device and said it is free and assured me my bill was going down $40.00 a month. Got my bill and it went up $100.00 a month. Liars and scammers just say no!!!!

Totally dishonest and inaccurate they told me to upgrade and Id receive a new iPad and upgraded watch for just a few more dollars a month. They took our old phones, which were never applied to the new balance, so we were paying an additional 800$ each phone towards our monthly bill. They added a line to the iPad which was an added expense, and they changed our plan completely which accrued a cost. Our next months bill was nearly double, over 400$ a month.
When I called, they told me it would eventually adjust. They refused to change anything or try to fix their mistakes. They said customer service would have to fix it all.
We paid taxes and fees in person, and somehow, there were still fees on the bill.
Three months later and it was as still incorrect. It was fixed by a representative at the Brick store, Brandon, who was phenomenal. He went above and beyond in trying to sort out the mess that Forked River created and refused to fix themselves.

I went to this T-Mobile to add a line to my account and called ahead to make sure that they had the phone in stock before I came in. When I had got there, the employee barely said 2 words to my boyfriend and I, and started crunching numbers, never consulted me about what I had wanted to do, with or without trade in or anything. Within a few minutes of not saying anything he turns around a piece of paper to me and says that it's going to end up being over $200 dollars a month from the $113 I was at with a free tablet and watch. SURE, it's a free tablet and watch, but it's a $20 dollars tablet line, $10 dollars watch line, and you added protection on the phone adding an additional $18 dollars without building any rapport or caring about what I want as a customer. Financing the phone would have added $8.34 plus the line. I walked out of the store within 5 minutes of being there, going to the Bayville T-Mobile and had the best experience. Never again will I recommend the Lacey T-Mobile since Robert, Jon, and Steve left. NEVER. They don't care about you, they only care about getting paid.

Every 1 star review on this site about this store is correct. I also was duped into not only giving up a great plan that I have had for years but into taking a free phone and iPad. My bill ,after turning in my Samsung galaxy which I was told would give me a$800 credit to my acct for the purchase of my iPhone, was suppose to raise only 18 dollars a month .my first bill was a little higher than that but I thought it was because I had purchased a screen saver and protective case in store which I was told would be charged on the next bills over the 24 month period. My bills have risen to well over 100 per month I couldnt return the I pad or watch that I did not want because by the time I found out about the extra charges the two week return window has expired. I was told by t mobile that this is a private dealer so I had to deal with them . Its a run around and there is no recourse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER PRIVATELY OWNED T MOBILE STORE. I have been a customer for over 20 years but as soon as the two year pay back is over I will be moving to another phone company.
