They billed me for services never received. Can’t speak to the medical care, but be very careful when it comes to their billing department.

Thanks to this facility, I was able to get my 12 week scan done. My pervious doctors office dropped the ball. North Dover OBGYN sent me to this facility for my scan and they went above and beyond to get me in. The facility is clean, well organized and efficient. I was even able to go hone with some pictures of the growing baby. My own doctors office wouldn’t even provide me with that. I’m so happy that I will be doing my 20 week scan here as well. Mary Anne was so kind and helpful, thank you!

Every single time I call the receptionists are extremely nasty, rude, condescending, and rush you off the phone! It is YOUR JOB to be kind and professional, you’re a receptionist! Unbelievable the way they talk to patients..this needs to be addressed considering all the other similar reviews I read as well.

Mary Anne the receptionist is horrible. Not helpful. Condescending and impatient. It’s our first pregnancy and this lady can’t be bothered with doing her job with a little kindness. She’s miserable. And it’s not just her. Laura another receptionist must commiserate with this one. Idk if they need a raise a vacation or a termination but they ought to figure it out! You’re in fetal medicine! Put a smile on your face and be kind!
