New Jersey Best Lawns, Sprinklers & Fencing

The owner of this company "Vinnie Sessa" has been more than reasonable, courteous, and always available to take my calls. We did have issues whit the manufacture however that was out of the hands of this company. I would recommend "Best Fence" to everyone and I can't stop speaking positive about them. NJ best lawn did the lawn sprinkler / irrigation system installation. Also, they provide spring - sprinkler turn-on as well as winterization service. Usually, the staff come during spring / early summer time, turn on sprinkler system and make sure all the zones are working correctly and make sure to fix it. This time (summer 2021) , they came, just turned on and went away. Few of the zones are not working and they do not care about the customer complaints. This should not be the case for long time customer and if this continues new customers may hesitate to get the services from them and it could be hard to service in this industry !!! We got both fencing & sprinkler installed by them. Hardly a week after, one zone of the sprinkler wouldn't turn off. Called the cust-care & they advised to call Hydrawise, Hydrawise pointed that either the wiring (to my surprise) or that zone solenoid is faulty. I am trying to reach out to cust-care but no luck.

Where to start, they came out to do an estimate on time. The contract was sent on time. I had a question regarding the contract and it was impossible to speak to anyone about my question. I called about 10 times. I finally found someone else, only to find that my estimate was overpriced. Then they decided to respond after I had finally moved on. Bizarre experience
