Just observed a GEM ambulance driver use the the inspection station on ramp to the pathway going south (exit 94) without their lights on to avoid the traffic. It's illegal and might want to update your drivers on that.

Would have given them zero stars if i could. Totally a billing issue now, however started with incompetent met who wrote info and person who input into system. Now the billing dept will not refund the illegal money they took.

I knew there would be a charge for transport for my 80 yr old mom to and from rehab to post op hip replacement appointment, and I am TOTALLY fine with that.....BUT.... Scheduler called and said I'm confirming his request and need 598$ or cancel. Needless to say, was completely taken aback since they billed from hospital to rehab. I obviously panicked and said Firstly, its a she and secondly, what do I do? I don't get paid till end of week and deff don't have a extra $600 bucks laying around till then? She then said very rudely, I don't know, I need the total or cancel.... So I said fine, then cancel and hung up. Now they keep calling and I am at work. The amazing rehab she is at, will be helping me, but this transport has HORRIBLE customer service. After reading all reviews, I'm happy I'm saving the money and canceled. I truly am so sorry to hear all these horror stories of being left or forgotten! Taking care of a senior parent is stressful enough, and if a transport is needed, they obviously need assistance and people panic and worry. A LITTLE compassion would go along way- just FYI.

Today I was pick up at Care one with Gem transportation, driver name Mariah Noriega she was so happy go lucky , made me feel comfortable, she went beyond to help me . She arrived at the time set for the pickup. Thank you I fully recommend this company
