Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like Im part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didnt have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that hed sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in hed save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. Thats what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasnt even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !
