I have had an amazing experience with Knoll Gardens throughout my entire process, application through move in, and continued amazing experiences as I have been living here. Alex in the office is the most amazing person to deal with, she made my experience so easy and comfortable! She has always been available to answer any questions I have, and is also just so much fun to talk to! Maintenance is ON it with anything and everything, and the community is absolutely adorable and cozy. Love it here!

I want to start off by saying thank you to Alex, who made my move-in experience so seamless and easy. From the beginning she was so understanding and easy to communicate with. I saw the Model apt only and on my move in day Alex explained to me everything I needed to know ! When I saw my apt for the first time I was is WOW!!! It looked amazing clean and even better than the pictures !! I truly couldnt be happier! This was by far the best experience in a Garden Community I ever had.

My boyfriend and I have been working with Alex, one of the leasing agents at Knoll Gardens, throughout our moving process. She has been consistently helpful and informative since the first initial call we had. Im so grateful to have had someone so direct and honest to help us move and even answer all my manic emails and questions throughout the stressful process of moving. Thank you Alex !!!
