Had severe pain and needed to have a tooth pulled. I have been there before and told the receptionist I was short on cash and my insurance might be maxed out. Without verifying my insurance first, they numbed me up and took full exrays of my mouth. The receptionist then came in and said that my insurance is maxed and how would I like to pay. I said I can't I told u I don't get paid until Friday so they made me leave all numbed up knowing that when it wore off I would be in pain again. They then forced me to write them a check for the visit witch was over $300. Wow right!!!? I have been to a lot of dentists in my 43 years and never have I been refused to have work done because of money. They could of billed me and set up payment arrangements. I have been there before, it's not like I was a new patient, that's where I had maxed my dental insurance out. I would have made good on my payments and would have even gone back when my insurance reset 30 days.
