This guy is a CHEAT. Took the money to deliver shower doors. But never delivered them. First he kept delaying for 2 weeks , then stopped picking up calls. Stay away from this guy and his FRAUD business. Service: Remodeling

Hate giving you even 1 star. I have been waiting 5 months for a vanity, countertop and sink to complete a bathroom. I've been given all the same Covid, in and out of the hospital, family with cancer excuses like everyone else. Ken, you are disgusting. Try being a decent human and return a phone call, come through with the products and services you promised or give us all our money back. Service: Remodeling

I asked Kin so many time to get me new tiles but didnt listen. So, you know what i am gonna tell you that he is worst and terrible person i ever see. PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE HIM. He will ripped you off so Easily. Even his own employees was telling me that he is very bad with them and not paying them at all. His wife is terrible too. So guys i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT PLEASE GO FIND OTHER PERSON WHO HAD LICENSED. cause he been carrying around with his EXPIRED LICENSE! Once again i am done with this jerk. He took my deposit and sent an amateur electrician doing side work after his day job to do my large electrical job. I told him I didnt pay for non licensed professional and to deduct this and Ill hire my own. We agreed. I went to get permits for plumbing, electrical and building and realized the copy of his license was expired and when I informed him he said hes get me a copy of the new one. He never did, my plumber and electrician got their own permits and I never was able to get a building permit because of Ken. He disappeared for months after that. He finally reappeared and began the demo after saying he was in the hospital so many times sending my calls to voicemail. Left the demo on my front lawn for a week saying he gave the wrong address to the container company. I wanted out of the deal but he already had at that point $16,500 and I felt trapped bc I cant recoup that. He then asked for the next installment which reluctantly I gave him but he promised me they were coming back to install my floors. He has told me time and time again workers were coming and no one shows up, he doesnt answer the phone or return calls. He now says his aunt is on the hospital. He has not done anything in my house except demo my kitchen and Ive paid over $19k so far. This started in April 2022, I have brand new appliances in my garage just sitting there, I also found out his business license is expired and he has not reapplied for a new one, so when he took my money he did not have a business license.
