I’m really torn in rating them.(Early August of 2021) Had a fantastic experience several years ago when I needed service on my small Tohatsu 2 stroke motor which I now need serviced again. But they seem to be completely missing now. Voicemail is not taking messages… left emails as directed in the recording but no response. Unfortunately took a chance and drove 1hr out there but no sign of life at all. So they are among the missing and do not seem to be in business at this point. Just sad that they seem to be completely unresponsive. Anyone who lives nearby know anything different?

I would consider myself a long time solid customer who is beyond disappointed at what has become of MCM. I spent a TON of money with them over the years, and I thought that I had a decent enough relationship to get my phone calls answered and my emails responded to. They have basically disappeared. I haven't heard back from them since early 2020, when they charged me a small fortune just to hook up my batteries and electronics for the season, damaged my backup lights in the process, and refused to make good on any repairs. They were going through a lot of "stuff" at the time, their service and responsiveness was beyond off for a while, but because of what I thought was a good relationship, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even when they really didn't deserve it anymore. But after a while, I just stopped trying and moved on. My guess is that they are now picking and choosing their customers based on their own arbitrary terms, and I'm guessing that I didn't make the cut. That's fine by me, thankfully I found someone else. It's a damn shame though, they were the best for many years, and this was originally a five star review. I had to update it, not so much to slam MCM as to warn others. Honestly, I don't even know if they are actually still in business or not, but you could do better elsewhere. Sorry.

Never met or spoke to Doug before ,till about a week ago when I was shopping for a trailer for a boat. Needed the trailer to complete a Xmas gift for my son, but didn’t have a hitch to bring it home. Knowing that I needed it , he delivered it to me from his store to my home in Hewitt at no extra charge before Xmas n charged me less for the trailer than anyone else was asking. Stand up guy, n a pleasure to do business with.
