We used Pipe Fitters for a fairly large but straightforward job in our new house, and we were very happy with their service. Alex came for an estimate the day that we called and provided highly reasonable quotes almost immediately. Very disappointed. I used them twice before and they were good. This time I had a backed up drain and they couldn't come the day we scheduled. The next day was their Christmas party and Alex, the owner, was 2 hours late. I wasted a half vacation day. When he came he was in a rush , and instead of roto-rootering it he poured a strong sulfuric acid solution down the drain without asking, to get done quickly.
