The broker of this agency Lee Lee Lim is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to her tenants. I have been residing at one of the properties she represents for the last 2 years and every time there is an issue at our property that the LL is responsible for, she never takes accountability. She speaks to you in an insulting matter and as someone who has a newborn baby in my residence, issues must be addressed and handled immediately to avoid any accidents with my child but she does not seem to understand this. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can find a new realtor because I literally do not feel comfortable working with her or residing at this property anymore.
