Had direct contact and gave me choices and option pertaining to my case. I had a spinal fusion and disc replacement. Throughout the pandemic she kept in constant contact, even checking on how I feel and my family. My case is now over and through my pain and suffering, she made it clear to the issuance companies she will not settle and got the maximum benefits me and my family was entitled too.
