        I went here to get a battery change for a watch that was passed down to me by my father. The battery change went fine so I also asked if I could have a link removed from the bracelet and the older gentleman told me he needed a few hours to cut the one link off given the screw was stuck (cut link shown in the plastic bag he gave me). I accepted trusting that hed take care not to damage the rest of the watch but I never should have went through with it he completely disfigured the bracelet in the process of removing the one link. The bottom of the bracelet along with the Movado logo now has deep scratches from his tools and one of the joints for the clasp was also bent. I didnt want to say anything given the trouble he said he went through trying to do the service but my heart sank to my stomach when he handed my fathers watch back to me like this.
