I havent been able to reach them for 2 weeks using their email and 2 different phone numbers on a question about a $300 bill that wasnt itemized and given to me even though I received no treatment and waived delivery service to the hospital via ambulance. There is no way for me to pay as the email given was what I used to communicate and received no response.
Nice staff, but awful communication and billing process.
Update: 3/25/22: Still cant get into contact with the billing department for payment. I call at least daily every week. I reached them once to make a payment in January.

We just bought a house and moved to Kearny. I called 911 for my mother and was transferred to Kearny police station to request an ambulance. I waited 1 hour and 15 + minutes without any ambulance arriving. I called a second time to 911 to follow up. They finally sent an ambulance less than 10 minutes. They took my mother into the ambulance (made her walk down two flights since COVID regulations are to avoid coming into the house with a stretcher) and EMS forgot their own medical bag on my stoop. Kearny is a very small town, Im not sure why the response time was so long, compared to a city thats so densely populated like Jersey City. And to forget their equipment, its very disheartening. I had no idea that this would be the kind of service to expect moving into the suburbs.
