After years of using another branch, I was fortunate to find A-1 Garden State ChemDry services and meet Isaac. When someone is coming into your home you want to have confidence and belief in their integrity. Isaac was a consummate professional. My carpets look fantastic. Although I've had my carpets cleaned many times, this morning was the first time I used A-l Garden State Chem-Dry. Let me say, THANK YOU, Isaac. In the past,( cleaning the same area Isaac did today,) the technician was in and out in one hour. Isaac cleaned for over two hours-- apples to apples. As a business owner, Isaac showed me courtesy, professionalism, reliability and a dedication to his craft. I will ABSOLUTELY use this company again, as Isaac showed me he focused on completing the best, most thorough job he could. Again, thank you for a job well done! We called A-1 Garden State Chem-Dry after a leak in our basement that saturated the carpets. Isaac returned my call very quickly and arrived at our house that day to begin the cleanup process. He followed through and completed the job on schedule, as planned. Isaac was polite and friendly, and really knew what he was doing. We would not hesitate to call him again. Isaac did an amazing job on our couches and counter stools! He worked diligently, quickly, and professionally.
