    I get free access from my apartment building. Great small but clean gym with all the basic equipment and a nice selection on PT stuff (exercise bands etc). Always really tidy and never too crowded!

    I've come here for a couple of classes (dance, strength, yoga) through class pass. They aren't super vigorous and geared more towards older people (IMO). Never the less, they were good work outs and the instructors were great. The facility is clean. Parking is relatively easy to find in the area but that depends mostly on the time (I luck out weekend mornings with grabbing a spot in the front).

    I recently signed up for ClassPass & took my first pilates mat class! I really enjoyed the pilates/yoga mix. I haven't taken a pilates class in a while, so it was a nice way to ease back into it! Kim was great and really took time to work with us during the class. I also loved that it was a small group, and allowed me to get some individual attention. Not going to lie, I thought I was going to coast through the class (lol) but it was challenging ( in a great way) and I definitely felt the burn!The studio was clean and Kim created a great ambiance. I will be returning to take more classes in the future!

    I had not come to this gym for a while and have to practice yoga in CT due to my new job. So I started going here during the weekend again last week and I just had my best yoga practice here and ever with Tania earlier today!!!!I have finally realized the benefit of having a small class and attentive instructor. I always complain about yoga classes being too expensive, but I guess there is no way around it if you really want to have someone pay attention to your poses and have a nice & relaxing space for your session. You really get (if not more than) what you pay here.Tania helped me with my poses in such a way that no instructors in any other gyms in CT do. I totally feel like I have learned so much from this one lesson than what I did in the last few months. She had this warm, gentle and soothing approach throughout the class, which definitely helped me a lot in relaxing and focusing on my own poses.
